Neomobile attends LinkedIn Day in Rome as guest speaker, sharing their success with a social approach to their recruitment strategy.
Many can confirm that LinkedIn has become the definitive professional recruiting platform, and its stunning success is witnessed by its over 300 million members and its strong financial results.
Linkedin has even launched its own road shows where it strengthens its industry ties and showcases its innovative and social recruitment solutions. On September 18th, LinkedIn Day headed to Rome, Italy at Spazio Novecento, a beautiful venue in the EUR District.

Neomobile, represented by our HR Sr Manager Enrica Lipari, participated as one of the two corporate guests, together with the Italian company, Elica and its Communication Specialist and webmaster Alessandro Rossi. Two very different companies brought together thanks to their LinkedIn recruitment strategy. This article is also available in Italian Invited on stage and interviewed by LinkedIn Sales Manager Germano Buttazzo, Enrica underlined that “LinkedIn is the world’s greatest online professional network, and it became the perfect place to efficiently find high-quality candidates worldwide, especially since it reflects our international and dynamic profile. As a company, it’s useful to showcase our uniqueness and culture, using images, videos etc,so this platform has two promising implications, both for recruitment activities and for employer branding.” These best practices were really appreciated by the audience, composed by recruitment agencies and HR professionals, who didn’t miss the occasion to tweet their expectations or comments.
