On April 14th, Neomobile’s People team participated at the ‘Coming SUN’ event at the department of Engineering in Aversa (Naples) University, a monthly seminar organized by Borsa del Placement, a Job Placement Service platform aiming to stimulate and support the creation of a permanent connection between universities and companies and to focus on students and new graduates’ job orientation
It was a great occasion to introduce Neomobile’s world to a group of students and to explain some of our recruitment strategies. We showed how in 7 years a small Italian startup has become an innovative and global leader in the mobile industry, while keeping the main focus on its 3 main assets: Technology, Innovation and People. Through a list of key features, the participants got an idea of the perfect ‘Neomobiler’ that we look for every day, explaining also where we look for this perfect ‘Neomobiler’, completing the session with some job interview tips, techniques and advice to help ensure a successful job interview or cv (by the way, check our 10 ways to make or break a CV!). We also seized the occasion to present our recently launched social recruiting channels on Linkedin and Facebook .

After our speech, Borsa del Placement held a coaching session with suggestions regarding self-branding, communication techniques and social recruiting channels, also providing assistance on writing a good CV and preparing for job interviews. As a whole, Borsa del Placement is an initiative that brings together HR managers from companies and representatives from the Placement Offices of Italian and foreign universities through an original form of interaction capable of supporting recent graduates in their transition from education to work.
It’s active all year round, with information and services, physical and virtual events, and it serves a fundamental and permanent function, at once helping students in their career choices and in making preliminary contact with companies and also helping companies and institutions find and hire talented students and recent graduates. So, if you’re a student or a new graduated, make sure you check and stay informed about their initiatives and events at your University!
